# Welcome to Saphion

> Your team's work, files and connected tools in one place, with Beacon beside everyone.

Saphion brings the work your Organisation does into one place: Projects, Actions, Files and the tools you already use. **Beacon**, your assistant in Saphion, works beside you in the same place and within the same permissions you have.

Saphion does not replace the tools you already use. Connectors link them to your work, so email, files and field systems come together without retyping.
